No Refunds or Returns

At Sialyork, we prioritize quality and ensure that all our motorcycle wear and gear meet high standards before shipping. Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if the products are as described and free of defects.

Exceptions

Returns or refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Products received are damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Incorrect items were delivered due to an error on our part.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide order details and photographic evidence of the issue.
